want to wish everyone the best New Year let all your resolutions come true.
ok… my left leg shakes a bit if standing more then an hour, it seems leg strength adjustment is needed, boy this shake is annoying….fyi.
homemade bread was baked and as a result, I had a few slices but I stopped myself at 6.
it is good but still, a weird feeling redoing my workouts but almost back to where I was maybe 80%. Hey, I think the egg eating…hmmm I’m consuming more interesting.
going good at the moment…..started to drink fresh cow milk not from the store with eggs. besides anything below 3.5% is not milk its white but not milk. otherwise, my recovery is blooming.
I injured my ankle with an exercise I was doing but no worries there are other things I can do.
can’t complain at the moment, everything is going forward. picture of me trying stuff
I must confess I gave in and ate a plate.
I think at the moment my recovery is around 90% which is not bad. I would have updated sooner but had technical difficulties but all good now. Summer is around the corner and outside workouts are planned.
everything is well…..little overate on Easter plus a bit heavier now but in positive mode.
looking good plus my pool stuff has arrived and I’m ready….but is the weather?
My wheels came in today for my walker going to be replacing the other ones that I kept getting stuck with,
Walker has been upgraded but the raining is not helping…
wanted to report my face is acting unusual, surgery place…
going to start a few things outside today, it’s not too hot. The question is: am I ready?
I started going onto my elliptical machine did a few minutes and felt good. The next day now, wow legs are sore….. in the meantime, I’m very surprised I was able to do an exercise heck even before the surgery I was not able to do it. I’ll take a picture next time.
here is the picture as said…getting warm and mosquitos are attacking.
I got a bruise and I’m not sure how?
the weather is corporating and the pool warmed up. Enjoying the wind breeze…
figured I post a picture before my pool session.
