I will finally update for the curious bunch.  The procedure went well, minor pain with the extraction.

The Implantation was painless, I was told I received 18 million stem cells with 92% vitality with a 40% of success and can take 1-3 months to be effective, I was given pain meds just in case, everything was good and we went back to the hotel. Day after I had minor back pain but dealt with it, not until the 3rd day I could no longer sit, lay or move, anything I did was painful.  The pain meds did not do their job and I got high since I had so many. After the 6th day the pain went away.

Currently I’m in Poland doing physio, one on one.  I made incredible progress with my 2 months of training.  I can now stand up from a chair (legs only), stand for 7 minutes on a good day and finally make 3 baby steps.  I still have a long way to go but I’m very happy with my progress.  Hard work does pay off.

Thank you for your belief in me, it gives me strength and willpower not to let you down.

A lot has happened to me.  My wife filled separation papers May 02 when I’m doing this.  I would be lying saying it did not affect me, it did, big time.  I lost a few good weeks over this and still thinking about it.  Crying won’t solve the issue, I’m now more determined than ever to return normal.

Hi,

I’m home but still working out.  I’m also doing acupuncture, huge changes in my body.  I’m told 90% recovery, the rest is up to God.  I’m writing a book about my experience, I hope it will help people.

I’ll keep you posted.
